About

I've spent twenty years building digital products that millions of people open every day. I started as an engineer and CTO; the job underneath every title has been the same — find what people actually need, then build the simplest thing that delivers it at scale.

That produced two of the largest online parenting communities in Eastern Europe — the region's #1 mobile social network for moms and its #1 parenting platform, together over 10 million members and 500+ brand partnerships. I still run them today.

Alongside the communities, I advise companies on AI: building one-person AI companies, bringing AI processes into existing teams, and getting found in AI search. I explore AI hands-on every day — my own products are my laboratory — and most of what I learn ends up on this blog first. Most clients wrote to me after reading something here.

None of this is an accident. My godfather and first business mentor was Manuel Jalón — the Spanish engineer who invented the modern mop and sold 60 million of them in 40 countries. He never chased prestige. He found problems millions of ordinary people had stopped noticing, and solved them with something simple and impossible to ignore. Serve real people, keep it simple, let it scale — that's the through-line of everything I make, and of most of what I write.

This blog is where I think in public: about AI and robots (the Honest Machines series), about building products alone with agents, and about the craft of noticing problems everyone else has stopped seeing.
